Job Description:	Lakeside Medical a division of CR England, is looking for an independent contractor Nurse Practitioner. This person will work closely with our on site DC and Clinic Director to provide occupational medicine, DOT physicals, Respirator Certification exams, urgent care and family practice care for the clinic inside C.R. England's corporate headquarters. * Assist the clinic director and DC in creating business and marketing plan. * Supply certification, license, and malpractice insurance ( reimbursed by the company on a yearly basis). * Receive credentials with the clinic's participating insurance companies. *Obtain CLIA waived status and license as well as overseeing on site lab * Access injuries, order tests, and treat CR England's workers compensation patients. * Practitioner will work closely with internal departments and management team to answer questions and assist with medical situations that arise. * Participate in Health and Wellness promotions. * Draw labs, perform and interpret EKG's and labs; interpret X-rays as well as other medical tests (PFT's labs and etc). Understand written reports for MRI, MRA, CT, angiograms, cardiac stress tests, stress/echo and etc * Monitor medications of clinics patients. * Clinic Hours are Monday thru Friday, with occasional extended hours. * Valid NP license and controlled substance license. * DEA license * CPT, ICD-9 coding/billing experience * Willingness to become self employed. * Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care experience is a plus * DOT physical experience (understanding of FMCSA guidelines) is a plus * Respirator Certification Examination experience (to see if applicant is healthy enough to wear a respirator or face mask) is a plus.
