DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Responsible for Med/Surg and Orthopedic units. Provides leadership to 75 FTE’s. Oversees the operational, personnel and fiscal management of assigned areas of responsibility with an emphasis on high quality, cost effective patient care.
Experience:
Three to Five years progressive nursing management experience required.
Skills:
Basic computer skills, including Payroll processing, e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets.
Education:
***Required--Bachelors degree in Nursing --Masters degree in Nursing or related management field preferred.
***Must be Licensed to practice professional nursing by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.
