Job Description:	This position will provide clinical support for internal personnel (sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, engineering) & for customers, manage customer training & in-service programs, & establish relationships with key clinical champions & thought leaders. Additional duties include: - Developing & presenting materials for customer training & in-service programs, developing Inservice Consultant training materials, & working collaboratively with Field based Clinical Education Team to ensure Inservice Consultants are appropriately trained on product line prior to deployment for customer in-service programs. - Coordinates the professional education program offerings for all disciplines to include but not limited to nursing, respiratory, physician, & pharmacy. - Traveling as necessary with sales representatives & field based clinical team to provide clinical support with product in service, evaluation &/or assessing product issues. Job Requirements: Must have BSN & at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience with emphasis on critical or neonatal care. Strong communication, presentation, planning & organizational skills required. Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & e-mail programs. Critical nursing skills such as troubleshooting pressure monitoring lines, infusion pumps, infusion delivery lines, blood sampling, etc desired. Masters of Science in Nursing, Health Management, Health Administration or Business Administration preferred.
