Responsible for coordinating nursing services activities throughout the facility. Ability to multi-task and to provide consultation and back-up in multiple duties and responsibilities. Oversee and conduct special projects, provide supervision and conduct training/counseling as required. Must possess excellent supervisory and communication skills and is a motivated leader. Can respond to needs of nursing personnel and provide any assistance as necessary to include providing clinical support, i.e., filling shifts, providing treatments, IVs, etc.
