Job Description:	Housing Works, an innovative not-for-profit organization located in NYC is seeking a dedicated nursing professional to work at our Adult Day Healthcare Center. You will be responsible for the delivery of nursing care to clients and for participating in the development of interdisciplinary care plans. You will assess clients, coordinate all necessary client services with other interdisciplinary team members, and maintain documentation of all nursing activities. To qualify, you must possess a NYS RN license, a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and exp working in a setting that promotes interdisciplinary care planning. Exp with persons with HIV/AIDS, histories of substance use and/or mental illness a plus. We offer a competitive starting salary commensurate with exp and excellent bnfts.
