| Job Description: |
Hospital located in Southern CA (coastal area) has immediate need for a Director of CCU. Department consists of 30 beds, 8 beds-burn unit, and hemodialysis. Very supportive hospital with strong nurse and supplemental staff. Day to day administration is handled by other departments so you can concentrate on your job. Must have at least 2 years of Critical care experience and have Masters in Nursing.
Hospital is non-teaching, however, they do have nursing students. Recently voted top 100 hospital and has been in existence for over 80 years. Very financially sound. Recently expanded OR (added 10 OR suites), and ER is being expanded to accomodate 6,000 patients per month. Daily surgery totals are approximately 80. Hospital consists of 377 beds.
Must be a go-getter, charismatic, team player.
Comprehensive benefit package. Must be CA licensed
Salary is $80,000-118,000 |
