Middle management position with the Cath Lab. The manager will promote professional practice and coordinate patient care activities in the areas of administration, clinical, and human resources, under the guidance of the Cardiovascular Services Director. The Cath Lab manager will function as a member of the patient care team to ensure that competent care is delivered to patients and their families according to their individual educational and ethnic needs. The Cath Lab manager will plan, coordinate, delegate, and supervise patient care responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competency. General Responsibility: Develops and integrates departmental goals, and objectives to support the hospital's vision, mission, and strategic plan. Ensures a work environment free of harassment where employees, patients, and all customers are treated with dignity and respect. Identifies and recommends space, supplies, equipment and resources needed for departmental operations. Serves as a representative for unit/division in the Director's absence demonstrates good follow-through in all areas of responsibility. Min 3 years management exp. in Cath Lab. Exp. with scrubbing and circulating. Prefer 1 year management exp. CA RN, BLS, ACLS, CCRN a plus. Outstanding benefit package is included. Salary is $92,700
