Job Description:	The Registered Nurse coordinates, supervises and implements patient care. Observes and maintains records on patient care, condition, reaction and progress. Conducts initial and ongoing assessment, develops patient care plan, manages patient treatment, teaches patient and family, identifies and corrects variances from care plan and completes discharge planning. Prepares equipment and assists physician during examinations and treatments. Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors patient vital signs. Obtains consults and referrals as necessary. CA RN license or RN License from a BCLS certification. ACLS, PALS and 3 years experience are required. New grads will be considered if appropriate staffing permits. Resuscitation level certificate as appropriate to assigned department. FT/72/hr, 12 hour shifts.
