Job Description:	Nurse Recruiter Join a premier healthcare organization dedicated to providing quality patient care, teaching and research in the Baltimore area. This teaching hospital is associated with world renowned institutions and is seeking a recruiter for their Nursing Division. As an HR team member, this recruiter will coordinate recruitment efforts directed toward identifying nurses and nursing assistants for this prestigious healthcare facility. He/she will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and referring qualified candidates to respective hiring departments. Targeting the best qualified candidates, this recruiter will develop strategies and perks to attract and retain staff as well as provide support to new hires. The qualified candidate is able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and is flexible in setting priorities. Possesses substantial interpersonal communications skills (written and verbal), is computer literate and is familiar with word processing applications. Knowledge of JCAHO regulations, QI, as well as policy and procedure required. Position Requirements: The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Possess a minimum of three years in marketing, HR or corporate environment. Nurse recruitment experience preferred. B.S. or B.A. degree required. Will consider three to four years of formal education or training beyond high school. RN preferred.
