Job Description:	Responsible for providing pro-active injury/illness management and prevention; functions as a facilitator and liaison to promote the most appropriate, cost-effective care and return to work services for employees with injury, illness or disability. Through a process of assessment, planning, coordination and evaluation, collaborates with other disciplines, services and departments to achieve maximum functional and quality outcomes. Assesses, promotes, and plans health, wellness and safety assessments, activities, education and programming to ensure optimal wellness throughout whole employee population. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with current NH RN license and BLS certification required. Three years experience in acute care required, prior experience in Utilization Review preferred.
