Job Description:	This position offers you the opportunity to "own" the full lifecycle management of retrospective review processes as part of the ground floor team launching a new contract to conduct utilization review services for Massachusetts' Medicaid program. You will oversee all aspects of retrospective review, including recruiting, training and supervising a team of 17. This team will conduct inpatient and outpatient hospital reviews, inpatient rehabilitation reviews, concurrent reviews and conversion reviews. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a Massachusetts RN license and at least two years of management or supervisory experience. We're looking for a professional with a background in utilization management, ideally in medical review, as well as experience with customer service and provider relations. Not only will you need to be flexible and adaptable as we implement this program, but you also will need the leadership skills to help your people be the same.
