The Pre-Employment Agreement addresses the time frame while you are in process for your US licensure and Visa. The home study program and the NCLEX preparatory course are required to ensure your success on the US licensure examination for Registered Nurses. We ask that you take this part of the pre-employment phase very seriously. The Employment Agreement will cover our employment relationship. It lists the items GHC will pay for to obtain licensure and an employment-based visa. As you will note Global Healthcare USA will have made a substantial investment in you both in time and money prior to your commencement of work. GHC’s generous benefit package and a minimum salary per hour will be listed in the Agreement. Because you will not commence work in the USA for some time during your licensing preparations and on-job training, we felt it best to guarantee a minimum salary. The salary will be adjusted upward if you do not live in GHC housing and for cost living in some areas of the USA.
